When should I book my balloons or rentals?
For the best party vibes, we recommend booking 2 weeks ahead. Dates disappear quicker than cake at a party — reserve yours before it’s gone!
Is a retainer required to book my balloons or rentals?
Yes! A non-refundable 20% retainer is required to secure your balloons and rentals and lock in your event date. Think of it as your VIP pass to a stress-free, party-ready day!
What areas do you service? Do you handle the delivery?
We proudly serve the Lubbock/Levelland area and surrounding communities. Complimentary delivery and pickup are available for locations within a 20-mile radius of Lubbock. Deliveries beyond this radius are subject to a fee of $1 per mile.
How long is the rental period?
Take your time and make it memorable! Your rental covers the full day, with easy, complimentary next-day pickup included.
Are taxes and fees included in the listed prices?
All applicable taxes and fees are included in the final quoted price for rentals, rental packages, and balloon decorating services.
What happens if my party plans shift?
Parties can be unpredictable! Just let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we will happily reschedule your balloon or rental delivery.
